Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns

- The item must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., sealed CDs that have been opened, limited edition items, clearance items) — we will clearly mark those.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@bohosparks.com with your order number, product(s) you wish to return, reason, and photos (if needed).
- We’ll provide instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective, damaged).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
4. Refund / Exchange Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of acceptance or rejection.
- If accepted, we will refund your purchase price (excluding original shipping) via the original payment method within [7–14 business days].
- For exchanges, if the new item is costlier, you’ll pay the difference; if cheaper, the balance refunded.
