1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation.
  • On new-release / pre-order items, processing may take longer; we will notify you if there’s delay.

2. Shipping Methods & Times
We offer a selection of shipping carriers with estimated delivery times (these are estimates and not guaranteed):

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the carrier selected. At checkout, you will see available options and costs before confirming.

4. Dropship / Fulfillment
For items fulfilled by our dropship suppliers:

  • We forward your customer information (name, address) to the supplier for shipping.
  • Your order may ship from a third-party warehouse, which may affect packaging or multiple shipments.
  • Some items may ship separately (if from different suppliers).

5. Customs, Duties, & Import Taxes

  • For international orders, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance.
  • We are not responsible for delays, confiscation, or extra costs caused by customs in destination countries.

6. Tracking & Notifications

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info (if available).
  • You can check order status via your account or by contacting us.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@bohosparks.com.
  • If damage occurs during transit, keep all packaging and photographic evidence — we’ll coordinate with the carrier or supplier.
  • We may require you to file a claim with the carrier or supplier; we’ll assist.
